A letter to the organizers - British Council – Sofia from Nonka Yordanova, the choreographer of the Dancing Wheels.

Extracts:
„I would like to thank you for the invitation and the opportunity to meet for the second time my exceptional colleagues from the British CandoCo dance group and to get familiar with their training method for integration through dance!
As the name CandoCo says – everything is possible, when you touch the exiting atmosphere of the group! A year ago I felt the impressive influence of their art upon my consciousness when they presented their spectacle in the National Palace of Culture. When the final accord was transformed into loud applause – I felt a deep thrill in me and influx of energy. I felt that every cell of my body got awake for life!"...
„The CandoCo made me dream and fight again; it stimulated my creative potential… I felt a great desire to dip in the magic of dance… A very strong desire fascinated my soul – to be alive, to wake up every morning, to do nice things for my friends and me!”...
„Our joint work fills me up with interesting ideas, exciting experiences, unforgettable feelings and beautiful dreams!”

„We would like to thank you cordially in your capacity of the Project Manager, Management and Society Department of the British Council – Sofia for the invitation to the Dancing Wheels Dance Formation for participation in the workshop for integrate dance in Ankara from 22 to 26 August, 2004.
We had the opportunity to get familiar with the experience, the interesting chorographic methods of Adam Benjamin. The Accents of basic aspects in his work enriched us with new creative ideas.
The Real Dream spectacle in four parts which our Dance Formation presented provoked the interest and sympathy of public which appreciate the inclusion of folklore elements.
The hospitality of dancers of the Gülum Pekcan Dance Theatre helped a lot for the exchange of information and experience in our joint work on the project and gave us a lot of emotions, new friends and unforgettable moments.
I can assure you that your confidence, attention, respect and support for the main activity of the Dancing Wheels Formation – the development and popularization of the idea of integration of disabled people in Bulgaria by means of dance art – supports our self-confidence, stimulates our hope and makes us to go ahead!
